Charleston Fashion Week 2011

Another CFW has come & gone and it was a blast! Barbara Beach was invited to show as a featured designer and once again stole the show. Her designs were somehow sophistocated and whimsical at the same time and made me wish I was 3 feet tall again so I could wear them.

Maybe next year, we can talk the folks at CFW into including a whole children's show?!

Poe Studio welcomes Piper + Olive

We are really excited to have received our first shipment from a new company called Piper + Olive. Piper + Olive is a small company from Durham, NC run by Wendy Goldstein and her sister. Their t-shirt designs are modern and whimsical and, drum roll please...... great for little boys!!!!! I know how hard it can be to find cute clothes for little boys, so I stocked up on their fun airplane, robot, racecar, spaceship, bug, and chicken prints. We have long sleeved onesies and tees in greys, blues, and black. Stop by to see them while they last. (I'll be piosting pics later today or tomorrow.)

Livie and Luca has arrived!!!

The Fall styles from Livie and Luca arrived this weekend and they are really cute. Your boy is sure to be the most stylish one on the playground in a pair of these! (Most of the girls' styles are stuck in customs for some strange reason- I'll et you know as soon as they get here.) I did the pio pio (the mary jane with a bird) in fuschia and I don't think they'll last long. I'll get some pictures up when I can- we've been cleaning up from the downpour yesterday. I thought we were going to have to use the shoe boxes to build an ark at one point :)
